Home Gym Equipment Questions

Welcome to my Home Gym Equipment Info blog.

When you are considering buying Home Gym Equipment, there are some questions you should ask yourself.

1. What do you want to use it for ?
2. What type of Home Gym Equipment do you want ?
3. Do you have the space for it in your home ?
4. What is your Budget ?

My next series of posts will try to help you answer these questions, lets start at number 1.

1. What do you want to use it for ?

By "What do you want to use it for", I mean what are you trying to achieve by getting Home Gym Equipment ?

Yes, there is a difference.

You won't need heavy weights to get fit, stay fit, tone-up, lose weight, or improve muscle definition. You achieve this by doing a lot of "repetitions" with weights you can lift easily for at least 20 repetitions, not by lifting heavy weights.

To build muscle or strength, you will need to have heavy weights, that you will lift a maximum of 8 to 12 times.
If this is what you want, you will begin to use them as your strength grows, and they will need to either come with the Home Gym Equipment when you purchase it, or there should be an option that they can be added later.
